    What is Brand Personality?

Later in October, Lenzr was honoured further when Richard Carmichael wrote about the current contests and Business Storytelling in his Just Be Frank blog. He penned a dissertation about brand personality and the high quality business storytelling of Nora Camps of Duo.ca and in particular her decision to use a Lenzr photo contest to crowd source images for Canadian Harvest business story. This is how she engineeers an orchestra of particpation to help businesses prosper online in an age of earned media. Richard writes, "Brand personality is the personification of your organization or product. Virgin Group, which includes Virgin Records, Virgin Airways and Virgin Mobile, is a great example of a brand with personality."

Use the wall as a primary image and high light another one within it. The winner of this contest gets a Sony Laptop courtesy of a wall systems company is Toronto.

We all have used a pool to check out our reflection. Maybe you’ve needed to put your hair back in place or adjust the swimming costume. Next time you happen to be doing that, take a picture of it for the Reflections in Pools photo contest. Simple as that, snap some shots of reflections in pools of water. It can be a reflection of what ever you choose. Make your image of a reflection reflect how you feel at that point of time. In order to win this contest, you need an audience, and an earth shattering performance. The key to On Stage At Home is to bring out your inner diva and perform. It aims to make it easier to hold on optimistically through the winter season. The winner of this heated contest will receive 2 patio chairs and table courtesy of a patio furniture provider in downtown Toronto.

Lenzr Ramble for Metal Roof, Insulated Concrete Forms, PVC Trim Sponsor iPad Giveaways

    Sat, October 23, 2010 - 9:49AM 0 Comments

Three new photo contests for iPads on the October November line-up currently displayed on the serial photo contest website, lenzr.com. all seem to embrace innovation in the construction industry.

Backyard Critters photo contest on Lenzr has already become a repository of Canadian wildlife photos courtesy of a metal roof design and installation company in Toronto, and one of Canada's leading distributors of aluminum shingles. Classic Products aluminum roof cannot rust; aluminum naturally forms a barrier against oxidation. Metal roofs made specifically with aluminum shingles are recognized worldwide as having the best combination of strength and low weight: that's why space and air vehicles use aluminum to make the body of the vessel.

Can you make concrete look beautiful?

Concrete Ideas is looking for solid thoughts. Its a pretty solid web competition. Submit shots of beautiful concrete buttresses and abutments, sculptures, and bridges to Lenzr. Show off the concrete fabric of civilization that has grown up all around us since the 1920s when concrete became the most viable building component. It replaced stone and then timber as the world's most popular building material in 1933, at the height of the great depression. The iPad reward for the member that uploads the highest rated picture comes courtesy of an insulated concrete forms or ICF building system. These guys build a Stryofoam mold that holds concrete and then becomes part of the wall or floor.

Colourful Houses photo contest also rewards the individual Lenzr member that uploads the highest rated photo with an Apple iPad, courtesy of a pvc trim manufacturer. Cellular Poly Vinyl Chloride was invented back in the 1800s, but never patented until the 1900s. Nobody had any use for petroleum resin gunk that hardened into a more brittle gunk. But today its another story. Modern  PVC is a very durable building material that lasts much longer than wood and requires far less maintenance. Cellular PVC products outperform natural pine in water absorption, screw-holding power, impact strength, resistance to flame and over-all dimensional stability.

All three of these contests reward participants with iPads because they are sponsored by builders who can afford to give away such marvelous technological creations. But also present in this month's contest line-up, there are two more challenges with oddly different prizes. One is a basket or rare and original cosmetics, and the other is a red electric snow blower. Yep, and its kinda weird.

The Water On Skin photo contest on Lenzr ends Dec 1st 2010, the highest ranked image will win $500 worth of Soya Boutique's natural skin care products that are formulated from organic soy to address a variety of common skin conditions such as lines and wrinkles, eczema, blemishes, sun exposure, acne, redness, rosacea, scars and uneven texture and skin tone.

The Pets in Winter Coats is being celebrated by Lenzr supporters and photo contest enthusiasts as the 25th photo contest on Lenzr.  The contest is sponsored by a snow removal company that services, Markham, Whitby, Pickering and Ajax with expedient service at reasonable rates. The challenge asks photographers to take pictures of dogs cats, and ponies all wearing some manner of winter coat.

All of these challenges were officially launched on Oct 1st, and voting begins on November 20th; these contests end Dec 1st when the highest ranked images are declared the winners. This contest is open to all residents of Canada, age 13 ys and older. Contest not vaild in Quebec.

On Weds, 20th October 2010, Rob Campbell of Lenzr met Slimmswitch (Helder H) outside the art gallery /coffee shop in the historic Distillery District complex at 55 Mill St Toronto.

On that happy occasion Rob presented Helder with two prizes donated by last month’s Lenzr contest sponsors, a Blackberry Bold 9700 from his own social media marketing company in Toronto, and an Apple iPad courtesy of a Toronto area deck building company.

You can find insight into Slimmswitch, Lenzr's most winning participant in the Lenzr blog which actually chronicles his true life confession as a contester with a deliberate friend network of like minded mates.

These are pictures associated with three Lenzr photo contests ending October 1st 2010 and all three sponsors work directly or indirectly with the emerging solar power industry in Canada. The contest is designed to raise awareness about the reality of mankind affordably harnessing and using the sun's energy.

Three summer photo contests on Lenzr end Oct 1st 2010; the View From The Roof photo contest on Lenzr is bought and paid for by a flat roof repair service that puts white roof coating (ToughRoof TM) that increases solar power production in roof mounted panels on the surface of home and business rooftops. The Morning Sunshine photo contest is making portable solar power generators (PSG) available to the public, and People Building Things is self explanatory; a solar powered deck building enterprise is giving an iPad to the highest rated photo on October 1st 2010.

Contest ENDS: Jan 1st 2010 Ontario Tourist Attractions 2 photo contest on Lenzr.com continues to display this province's most interesting travel destinations. The contest theme fits perfectly with Kanetix.ca, which is a forward thinking company that specializes in delivering the lowest car insurance quotes. In my opinion the challenge is even more relevant when people submit family road trip pictures. Are these types of vacations becoming a thing of the past? or are they even more popular now because of the recent economic recession?I love the pictures that have already arrived including shots on carnivals and museums, and lots of wide open country.
Ontario Tourist attractions 2Its a fact that eco tourism is definitely becoming more popular in Ontario, and I think people who pick up the rubbish along the beaches and while hiking in the woods should be commended for their actions. Here at Lenzr we'd like very much to run a photo contest which asks folks to upload shots of the trash they have collected from roadways and and conservation areas across Canada. If everyone were like the today's kids, who are confirmed non polluters, then the world would be a better place and the great outdoors would be even more great.
Ontario Tourist Attractions 2 photo contest will be won by the member that uploads the top rated image January 1st 2010 as determined by the quantity of registered votes + popular votes / total number of votes.
Are you paying too much for your mortgage or your insurance policies? Can Kanetix help you to find a cheaper rate? As Canada's leader in online insurance and mortgage price comparisons, Kanetix.ca can quickly provide you with competing quotes from top rated companies. Pick the company with the best quote and arrange for coverage online.
